It was used as a fortification, a country-house, a prison between the 11th and the 17th century. But since 1978 the castle has been a tourist attraction. Le château de Warwick est un château médiéval. Il a été construit par Guillaume le conquérant en 1068. Il a été utilisé comme place forte, comme grande maison de campagne et comme prison entre le 11ème et le 17ème siècle. Mais depuis 1978, le château est devenu une attraction touristique. Dernier jour du voyage Last day of the trip FRIDAY afternoon, leVENDREDI après-midi London Eye ggggg	Nous sommes allés au London Eye le vendredi, dernier jour du voyage. Il y avait beaucoup de monde et nous avons attendu un long moment avant de monter dans la grande roue. Il faisait très chaud. Nous avons bien fait d’attendre car la vue était superbe. Nous pouvions admirer des vues spectaculaires de Londres, c’était très impressionnant. C’était un très bon moment. We went to the London Eye on Friday, the last day of the trip. There were a lot of people and we waited for a long time before getting into the big wheel. It was very warm . We did well to wait because the view was great. FRIDAY evening,le VENDREDI soir Coven garden market It was a flowers market between 1500 to 1974.We could buy memories because there were a lot of shops inside the market. There were restaurants and in the front of the market we could eat the famous jacket potatoes. C'était un marché aux fleurs de 1500 à 1974,Nous pouvions acheter des souvenirs parce qu'il y avait beaucoup de magasins à l'intérieur du marché.Il y avait des restaurants et en face du marché nous pouvions manger les célèbres jacket potatoes (pommes de terre en robe des champs ). FRIDAY night and SATURDAY morning La nuit de VENDREDI et le SAMEDI matin On the way back, we took the shuttle. The bus stayed in the shuttle and we sat inside the bus. It shook a little, it was warm, dark and we couldn’t move but we chatted a lot with our friends and our teachers. Sur le chemin du retour, nous avons pris le « shuttle ». Le bus était dans la navette et nous à l’intérieur du bus. Ça secouait un peu, il faisait chaud, sombre et nous ne pouvions pas bouger mais nous avons beaucoup discuté avec nos camarades et nos professeurs. Céline M et Thibault L - 4ème 3
